Chief Financial Officer
Location:

Oversees all aspects of Finance processes and systems to properly reflect the financial position of the Company Plan in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. Monitors Finance Department policies and procedures and recommends improvements. Consults with the Senior Management team on Accounting or Finance matters. Participates in establishing and implementing major Plan goals and objectives. Serves as a resource in all aspects of accounting, financial and regulatory reporting. Ensures accurate internal and external recording and reporting of financial transactions. Oversees budgeting, general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable and fixed asset management. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Finance:
- Plan, develop, organize, implement, direct and evaluate the organization's fiscal function and performance.

Junior Product Manager

ClairMail is looking for a Junior Product Manager capable of enabling a world-wide change in customer interaction through mobile technology. Linux System Administrator
Location:
San Rafael, California
A position within the ClairMail Customer Support Team, the Linux System Administrator provides technical expertise in deploying the ClairMail appliance and software solution into banking and Financial Institution production environments along with special projects as assigned.
Responsibilities:
- Support changes to existing hardware and OS Linux infrastructure including patches, users, file systems, and kernel parameters.
- Troubleshoot hardware and OS problems including performance tuning.
- Work with database and application teams to gather requirements for new projects and expansion to existing applications.
- Deliver Linux servers for new applications and services.
- Perform hardware and OS capacity planning for existing services and provide recommendations to application owners.

Technical Support Engineer

Training Manager - Technical Development

Vice President – Engineering
