Deployment Engineer

ClairMail is looking for a Deployment Engineer capable of enabling a world-wide change in customer interaction through mobile technology. This position reports to the ClairMail Deployment Manager in the Products and Services Group, responsible for deployment of ClairMail services and software into Financial Institution environments.
Deployment Engineer
A position within the Products and Services Group, the Deployment Engineer works closely with other members of the Products and Services Group and other functional groups within the Products and Services Group and ClairMail as a whole, the Deployment Engineer provides technical expertise in deploying the ClairMail appliance and software solution into banking and Financial Institution production environments along with special projects as assigned.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide basic to intermediate technical production/applications support and assistance for Financial Institutions – Financial Institutions Enterprise class customers.
- Gather information, pose workarounds, carry out necessary research, and provide an in-depth analysis to resolve production/application issues, customer requests and inquiries, escalating to senior Products and Services management, and if necessary to Product Development, Sales and Product Management.
- When the opportunity presents itself and it is appropriate, works with a team or individually, to educate and empower the customer to understand how to perform tasks and investigations on their own.
- Provide severity and scope analysis of issues, inquiries and requests; maintaining ownership until resolution.
- Will provide a concrete explanation of resolutions to issues, inquiries and requests to Financial Institutions Enterprise class customers. These contacts will range from technical to those of an executive level within their organization.
- Provides feedback and shapes production support procedures, policies and documentation where none exist or where they are stale and need to be updated.
- Efficiently organizes and addresses multiple production issues, customer requests and inquiries from several sources, delegating when appropriate. The sources of which would be phone conversations, email, paging system, Instant Messenger chat, or face-to-face conversations.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Director Business Development

Network Administrator

Qualified candidate must have excellent communication skills and be capable of communicating verbally and in writing at all levels of the organization with partners, external customers, sales teams and internal product and development staff. Solution Architect

This position reports to the ClairMail Vice President of Products and Services and architects deployment of ClairMail services and software into Financial Institution environments.
This is a position within the Products and Services Group, the Solutions Architect works closely with other members of the Products and Services Group and other functional groups within the Products and Services organization and ClairMail as a whole.
Responsibilities:
- Design the implementation and integration of the ClairMail appliance and software solution into banking and FI production environments.
- The Solution Architect will work with the ClairMail team and the client to develop integrated technical solutions, system architecture, functional requirements, integration and test plans required for production use of the ClairMail solution.
- Coordinate necessary technical activity.
- Provides leadership and mentoring of Solution Engineers, Deployment Engineering and other technical leads across the organization.
- A strong dedication to World Class Customer Service, strong management skills and hands-on capabilities.
- Ability to travel as required, approximately 10-20%
Requirements:
- Solid experience leading a large enterprise project from concept to operations, working with customers at different levels including developers, product managers, operations, sales, business development and C-level executives .
- Strong working knowledge in mission-critical distributed messaging-intensive architectures (SOA, B2B, EAI) and issues related to messaging throughput, latency, scalability and reliability.
- Is self motivated; will work well autonomously and within a team environment.
- Needs to be able to work in a high pace, high stress environment.
- Requires a working knowledge of trouble-shooting and problem resolution methodologies and also have the ability to develop, in a short period of time, intermediate working knowledge of company applications, production support policies and procedures.

- Must have advanced working knowledge of UNIX/Linux, scripting, and XML.

- 5 years experience in big 5 Professional Services consulting in large scale infrastructure deployments to the Finance industry.
- 10-15+ years experience in architecture, development and operating mission critical enterprise solutions. A minimum of 5 years as a Senior Solution Architect producing business/technical strategy, solution and design papers that lead to an integrated solution.
Experience:
- A Degree in the Computer Science, or Information Technology discipline
- A minimum of 6 years experience in a highly technical customer service role with a strong understanding of customer service principles.

UI Engineer

The User Interface engineer will contribute to the design and implementation of the front end of our Java applications, both PC-based and mobile-based.
Expertise:
Critical expertise are Java, HTML, CSS, JSP and the Spring framework
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Java, Java Server Pages (JSP), HTML, CSS, XML, XSLT, Junit Spring framework.
- Experience in software development on Linux, and Apache Tomcat.
- Knowledge of PhotoShop, or equivalent, a big plus
- Hands-on knowledge and experience with JavaScript, AJAX, a plus
