Clairmail won the BAI MobileLink Pace Setter award at the 2011 BAI Retail Delivery Conference and Expo, edging out finalists Fiserv and Kony Systems. The BAI MobileLink Pace Setter award honors the solution provider that has increased mobile usage, furthered mobile innovation and expanded mobile business opportunities in retail banking.

Clairmail was selected among the first annual OnMobile 100 - the 100 top, private companies that are developing game-changing approaches and technologies that are likely to push outside the bounds of existing markets and away from entrenched players. Companies were selected based on a set of five criteria: innovation, market potential, commercialization, stakeholder value, and media buzz.
: Celent XCelent Advanced Technology Award

In a 2010 report, Celent evaluated 15 mobile banking companies and found that Clairmail outpaced all other surveyed vendors in the total number of active end users. While citing Clairmail's continued market dominance in the top-tier FI market, Celent also named Clairmail the recipient of the XCelent Award for Advanced Technology—giving Clairmail high scores for high mobile banking enrollment, end user customization capabilities, and advanced administrative tools like the Clairmail CSR console and unique analytics and reporting features.

Javelin's 2010 Mobile Banking Vendor Report analyzed 12 top global vendors that offer U.S. mobile-banking platforms. Each vendor was compared and ranked according the following criteria: product depth, multimodal (triple play – SMS, mobile web and client applications), strategic partners. Based on the criteria, Clairmail tied for the highest number of points among the top vendors and was ranked "Best in Class."

The Frost & Sullivan Award for Market Penetration Leadership is presented each year to the company that has "demonstrated excellence in capturing the fastest measured rate of change of market share within its industry."
