ClairMail's implementation team is composed of experienced information technology professionals who have successfully and rapidly deployed the ClairMail solution with multiple customers. The ClairMail team works with a financial institution's IT department to ensure that the ClairMail solution is installed and operating quickly. Each implementation is unique, yet based on our previous deployments, most financial institutions are up and running within a few weeks.
There are five phases in the implementation of the ClairMail solution:
During this initial phase of an implementation, the project scope, timeline and key mobile requests are identified and agreed to by the financial institution and ClairMail.
ClairMail maps the financial institution's mobile request information needs with its back-end systems and studies the application environment. Armed with this information, our implementation team then develops and integrates the necessary connectors with the financial institution's back-end systems.
The ClairMail System is either hosted by ClairMail or an appliance is delivered and installed at the financial institution's location. In this phase, connectors and web services are tested for performance and functionality within the financial institution's environment. Mobile user interface content and look-and-feel are modified to meet the requirements of the financial institution.
Pilot users are trained on how to use the ClairMail solution. Additionally, system administrators and customer support representatives are trained to properly administer the system.
Initial rollout to the group of pilot users occurs. Any necessary adjustments are performed. Since no new mobile handset software is required, the financial institution can then initiate a full rollout to its customers.
